2 storey houses need regular gutter cleaning, just like single-storey houses. So often we hear “oh just do the bottom level, don’t worry about the top-level”. People are often shocked when we show them the photos of the blocked gutters on the top level.

*Remember, if the gutters are blocked on the top floor, any water that overflows or pours back into the eaves must go somewhere!

To prevent flooding, be sure to get both top and bottom levels cleaned regularly.
